1. Overview

This website, barneypaw.online, is operated by Ruffbay ("we", "us", "our"), based in Limassol, Cyprus. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Shipping policy. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when you buy from us.

3. Products

• We sell accessories for dogs and cats. We describe and show our products as accurately as we can, but colors and details may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly.
• Please check the size guide and product details before ordering. Always supervise your pet with new toys and accessories, and remove any item that gets damaged.
• All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.

4. Prices and promotions

• Prices are shown in the currency you select. Converted prices are calculated at current exchange rates and may change. The final price, including applicable taxes and shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Deals, such as the Deal of the Day, are valid only for the time shown and while stock lasts. Deal discounts are applied automatically in the cart.
• For bundles, the "bought separately" price is the total of the bundle's items at their regular individual prices.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

5. Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after you've paid, we refund you in full.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs, processing times and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you name.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK also have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund policy for details.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

9. Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or suggestions, you confirm they're your own, are accurate and don't break any law or anyone's rights. You allow us to use, publish and adapt them on our site and channels without payment. We may remove any content we consider unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including texts, images, graphics, the Ruffbay name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; to break any law; to violate our or anyone else's rights; to upload viruses or harmful code; to collect other users' data; to interfere with the site's security; or to place fraudulent orders.

12. Third-party links and services

Our site may include links to third-party sites or tools. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices. Please review their terms before using them.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by misuse of a product or by not following its instructions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory consumer rights for faulty goods.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
